Foundation Circles
Designed for members who are new to group fitness or returning after a break. Sessions focus on basic movement patterns, body awareness, and building session familiarity.
Our fitness circles bring together 8 to 14 members for recurring sessions built around structure, education, and mutual support. Each circle operates as an independent community unit with its own schedule, location, and thematic focus. General information only — not healthcare services.

Every circle session follows a consistent format designed to maximize safety, clarity, and engagement. Facilitators guide the group through each phase while allowing room for individual pacing.
Members arrive, complete a brief session check-in, and review the session plan with the facilitator.
Progressive mobility and activation exercises to prepare the body for the main activity segment.
Structured movement circuits, skill practice, or themed activities aligned with the circle's focus area.
Guided stretching, breathing exercises, and a brief group reflection on the session experience.
Each circle type maintains the same session structure but emphasizes different movement themes and activity styles.
