Personalized Activity Plans

Our personalized plans are non-medical activity frameworks created from information you provide about your goals, available time, and activity preferences. They serve as organizational tools for planning your week.

Plans are developed by activity consultants who draw on established fitness education principles. Individual experiences depend on how consistently you follow the framework and your personal circumstances.

Activity plans are educational documents. They do not account for personal health circumstances and should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare provider.
