This Refund Policy describes the terms and conditions under which Eliminationwycar ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for payments made toward our community fitness services, including circle memberships, training programs, consulting sessions, educational products, and seasonal challenges.
We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices. This policy is designed to balance member flexibility with the operational requirements of running small-group fitness programs. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling in any paid service.

2. General Refund Principles
The following principles apply across all our services unless a service-specific section below states otherwise:
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the timing of the request, and whether the service has been partially or fully delivered.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to touch@eliminationwycar.world or through our contact form, including your full name, order or enrollment reference, and reason for the request.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We cannot refund to a different payment method or issue cash refunds.
- Processing times for approved refunds are typically 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
- Refund amounts may be prorated based on the portion of the service already delivered or accessed.
- Promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase are reflected in the refund amount. Free or bonus items included with a purchase are not eligible for separate refund.
3. Circle Membership Refunds
3.1 New Member Cancellation (First 14 Days)
If you cancel your circle membership within 14 days of your registration date and before attending more than two full sessions, you are eligible for a full refund of membership fees paid for the current billing period. This cooling-off period allows new members to evaluate whether a circle is the right fit.
3.2 Ongoing Membership Cancellation
After the initial 14-day period, circle membership fees are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no refund is issued for the remaining days of that period.
3.3 Facilitator or Schedule Changes
If we cancel a circle, significantly change the session schedule in a way that makes attendance impossible for you, or replace the facilitator with someone whose approach materially differs from what was described at enrollment, you may request either a prorated refund for unused sessions or a transfer to another circle at no additional cost.
3.4 Member Removal
If your membership is terminated due to violation of our Terms of Use, including disruptive conduct or failure to follow safety guidelines, no refund will be issued for the current or any prior billing period.
4. Training Program and Challenge Refunds
4.1 Before Program Start Date
If you cancel enrollment in a time-bound program or challenge at least 7 days before the official start date, you receive a full refund minus a 5% administrative processing fee. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days before the start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the start date are non-refundable.
4.2 After Program Start Date
Once a program has begun, refunds are not available except in the following circumstances:
- We cancel the program before completion due to insufficient enrollment or operational reasons — full prorated refund for undelivered sessions.
- You experience a documented emergency (serious illness, family emergency, relocation) that prevents continued participation — prorated refund at our discretion upon review of supporting documentation. We do not require medical records but may request a brief written explanation.
4.3 Program Materials
If you received digital or physical educational materials as part of a program enrollment, the value of materials already delivered may be deducted from any approved refund amount.
5. Consulting Session Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by Client
Consulting sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with the following refund terms:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund or free rescheduling.
- Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund or one free rescheduling.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the session or no-show: no refund.
5.2 Cancellation by Eliminationwycar
If we cancel a consulting session due to consultant unavailability, you receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as early as possible and offer alternative time slots before processing a refund.
6. Personalized Activity Plan Refunds
Personalized activity plans are custom-created documents based on information you provide. Due to the bespoke nature of this service:
- If you cancel before the plan delivery date, you receive a full refund.
- Once the plan has been delivered to you in digital or physical form, the fee is non-refundable because the custom work has been completed.
- If you are unsatisfied with the plan content, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer one revision at no additional cost. Refunds are not available after delivery unless the plan materially fails to address the goals discussed during the consulting session.
7. Educational Product Refunds
7.1 Digital Products
Digital educational products (workbooks, video access, planner kits) are non-refundable once download or access has been granted, due to the nature of digital delivery. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the access issue or issue a refund if resolution is not possible.
7.2 Physical Products
Physical educational materials may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped. Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
8. Non-Refundable Items and Services
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services fully delivered before a refund request is submitted
- Membership fees after the 14-day new member cancellation window (except as noted in Section 3.3)
- Program fees after the program start date (except as noted in Section 4.2)
- Consulting sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows
- Digital products after access has been granted
- Gift purchases after the recipient has redeemed or accessed the service
- Administrative or processing fees explicitly stated at checkout
9. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to touch@eliminationwycar.world or submit a message through our contact form with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your full name, email address used at enrollment, service type (circle, program, consulting, etc.), date of purchase, and payment amount.
- Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.
- If applicable, include supporting documentation (e.g., relocation notice, program cancellation confirmation from our team).
We acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. If approved, the refund is initiated within 5 business days of the approval notification.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in suspension of your access to services and community platform.

11. Transfers as an Alternative to Refunds
In many cases, we can offer a transfer instead of a refund, which may better serve your needs:
- Transfer to a different circle with available spots
- Transfer to a future program cohort
- Credit toward a consulting session or educational product
- Extension of membership for a defined period due to temporary absence
Transfer options are discussed on a case-by-case basis when you contact us about cancellation or refund requests.
12. Changes to This Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our services, pricing structures, or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date. Purchases made under a previous version of this policy are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
